“Home” is a documentary photo project about my grandparents daily life that has been the same for nearly 30 years.
I used to live with them, but since I live in another country I don´t see them as much anymore. Time is among the very few things that once lost can never be recovered. Their house was my first home, and those years marked my life for ever. I observed their house, their daily routines and everything I still remember from my childhood in order to find all the small details that had changed.
In today´s running world, it is comforting to have something that stays the same. But do things stay the same or we just believe they do? This project explores the feeling of longing for a lost time and the admiration for the things that changed.
